Kostas Siourthas (Chairman)
Kostas Siourthas is FMT's founder, chairman and chief executive officer. Most recently, he was responsible for guiding the development of FMT Octopus™ – revolutionary technology in a new market segment focused on front-end control of online user experiences for e-business profitability. Prior to establishing FMT, Mr Siourthas held a number sales and management roles with multinational organisations including LogicaCMG and Premiere Technologies. While at Premiere, he pioneered its electronic messaging business and was honoured with its Global Sales Leader award. Mr Siourthas serves on a number of boards and committees and is a founding member of the Development Board for the Centre for Community Child Health at Royal Children's Hospital in Melbourne.
Michael Latin
Michael Latin has extensive leadership, risk analysis and corporate transitioning experience. He currently serves as Norfolk Group Limited's group commercial manager for Australia and New Zealand and oversees Norfolk's three major divisions with revenues totalling AUS$800 million. Michael previously served as national contracts manager for Tyco Australia's former Electrical & Mechanical division and was subsequently engaged by Norfolk in the role of transition manager following the Goldman Sachs JB Were lead private equity buyout of Tyco International's non-core businesses in the Asia Pacific region. Mr Latin also formerly owned a contracts management practice specialising in commercial management and dispute resolutions services. Kevin Simons
Kevin Simons' senior-level business experience spans three decades, including numerous strategic and international positions at BP and associated joint ventures. Since September 2005 he has served as infrastructure manager at Air BP and BP Marine Fuels in the UK, responsible for global design and deployment of its ERP systems. The division has annual turnover of US$23 billion across nearly 80 countries. Previously, he was employed as director and vice president of strategy at BP's EPIC Aviation joint venture in the US where he managed private label and third-party credit card programs including issuing, acquiring and settlements. In addition to overseeing projects in Western Europe and the US, Mr Simons has worked in numerous locations in Asia, Africa, the former Soviet Union and Australia. Chris Sotiropoulos
Dr Chris Sotiropoulos provides commercialisation advice to business angel investors and information technology and life science organisations in the United States, Europe and Australia. He currently advises information technology companies on both legal and international commercial development strategy, and has completed international healthcare licensing deals valued at more than US$170 million. He holds a science degree with distinction, a PhD in microbiology, a law degree and has completed an executive program at the Harvard Business School. He teaches innovation management at Swinburne University's MBA program in Australia. |
