Kostas Siourthas, Chief Executive Officer
Chief Executive Officer Kostas Siourthas founded FMT in 2002 to help organisations reduce risks, exploit opportunities and increase operational efficiencies. Since then, FMT's proven technologies have helped numerous companies around the world save millions of dollars. Most recently, Mr Siourthas was responsible for guiding the development of FMT Octopus™ - revolutionary technology in a new market segment focusing on front-end control of online user experiences for e-business profitability. Prior to establishing FMT, Mr Siourthas held a number sales and management roles with multinational organisations including LogicaCMG and US-based Premiere Technologies, where he pioneered its electronic messaging business and was honoured with its Global Sales Leader award. Mr Siourthas serves on a number of boards and committees and is a founding member of the Development Board for the Centre for Community Child Health at Royal Children's Hospital in Melbourne. FMT Chief Technology Officer Bjarne Matzen focuses on developing innovative e-business enhancement solutions that deliver measurable results for clients in a variety of industries worldwide. In his role, Mr Matzen liaises with FMT's technology partners, oversees all technology staff and research and determines the future direction of FMT solutions. He has more than two decades' experience in software development and has worked on three continents. Prior to joining FMT, he co-founded a company that developed products that have since been sold in more than 26 countries. In addition, Mr Matzen has written numerous "redbook" manuals for IBM and his company received an IBM Business Partner award for excellence in technical innovation in 2001 for his work on a new development approach. He also is an award-winning speaker and has served as an industry advisor to Monash University PhD students. Mr Matzen is based in Melbourne, Australia. Stuart Mackenzie, Director of Global Services
FMT Director of Global Services Stuart Mackenzie is responsible for the strategy, development and implementation of services for both partners and clients. In addition, he plays in integral part in the expansion of FMT strategic alliances and rapid business growth. Mr Mackenzie previously oversaw e-commerce fraud prevention strategies in GE Money's Global Fraud Management team, implementing leading-edge anti-phishing and e-fraud risk solutions. Before that, he served as Remote Channel Fraud Strategy and Policy Manager at Barclays Bank where he pioneered anti-fraud solutions in response to the emergence of phishing and delivered 3D Secure technology to Barclaycard's credit and debit card portfolios. Mr Mackenzie is a former member of APACS' E-Banking Fraud Liaison Group (the UK's Association for Payment and Clearing Services) and won the 2005 Anti-Fraud Strategy of the Year honour at the UK's Finance Sector Technology Awards. Chief Information Officer Sue Hornsby facilitates the flow of information between FMT staff, clients and partners. She oversees the strategic planning, acquisition, maintenance and use of information technology throughout the company as well as monitors the performance of IT programs and activities. Ms Hornsby formerly served as a director at Symco, an Australian-based online solutions firm with customers throughout Europe and the UK. Prior to Symco, she worked in a variety of online technology disciplines and systems integration in both technical and managerial capacities. Ms Hornsby is based in Paris, France. Susan Roth, Chief Marketing Officer
Chief Marketing Officer Susan Roth develops and directs FMT's strategic marketing plans to increase brand value and drive sales. Ms Roth is responsible for implementing creative, cost-effective and integrated branding, events, media relations, community relations, analyst relations, partner marketing programs and advertising campaigns. Her track record includes a proven ability to proactively identify target markets and develop valuable deliverables that maximise business opportunities. Prior to joining FMT in Australia, Ms Roth worked for HNC Software in Europe and the US, as well as several marketing agencies and the San Diego Daily Transcript. While at HNC, she directed all internal and external public relations activities during the company's acquisition of its Blaze business unit and assisted with communications during the company's merger with Fair Isaac. Ms Roth has received numerous awards from the Public Relations Society of America. She is based in Melbourne, Australia. Russell Sands, Head of Global Partner Enablement
Head of Global Partner Enablement Russell Sands develops and implements FMT's commercialisation and partnering strategy to ensure value for FMT and its customers. He oversees all global alliances and provides assistance with education, implementation and presales efforts to support the partner community. Mr Sands formerly served in a variety of roles at IBM. In his decade-long career with the global organisation he was responsible for recruiting dozens of Independent Software Vendors as IBM Business Partners - helping establish long-term, mutually beneficial relationships. He also helped develop IBM's OEM Software Business - with millions in revenues in the first 18 months - and managed IBM Partner Relationships with multinational system integrators. Prior to IBM, Mr. Sands worked in direct sales for Xerox in Australia and the United Kingdom. In various sales roles, he has won numerous awards and consistently delivered over-quota performance.
